My husband could not wait for summer to come so that he could break out the grill and throw some burgers and ribs on it. Now, I'm cool with that, but this summer, I wanted to try something a little different. Thanks to the library, I was able to find all kinds of cook books concerning grilling (my husband's favorite) and pizza (my ultimate addiction). Here are two cookbooks with some great "grilled pizza" recipes: Grilled Pizza and Piadinas (641.5784 Pri) Pizza on the Grill: 100 Feisty Fire-roasted Recipes for Pizza and More (641.5784 Kar) Hope everyone enjoys these books as much as we did and happy grilling!!!
